To install the most efficient electrical wiring, is to plan
before executing. When a call is received from a potential
customer, the first thing done is to evaluate whether it is a
service call, or if it is something that can be estimated.
Typically anything that was working at one time but is no
longer working, is a service call and will be on a time and
material basis. You can be assured that it will not drag on
and will be fixed as fast as possible.
Often projects can be estimated, sometimes it can be
done over the phone. However, sometimes it can not be
estimated over the phone because of either the complexity
or the uniqueness of the situation. If this is the case, we
schedule a time to meet with you at the location of the
residence to discuss your project and evaluate it with you,
letting you know your options and what is the best way to
complete it.
After an estimate is prepared it will usually come to you
through either fax or e-mail for your review. Line items are
written out rather than abbreviated so it will help you better
understand what you are paying for. Any questions about
the estimate are always welcome, we will try to explain
things to you so that you can understand them without
having to be an electrician.
Once you have accepted the proposal, work is in progress.
The sooner we can complete it for you, the better. Your
project will be done in the most efficient, up to code and
clean way possible. |
